How do I return an item?
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must not be worn, or washed or dry-cleaned.
- Merchandise must have all tags and labels attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a Fed-Ex label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt.
- If you are qualified for a return, please complete the return form included in your order and
securely repackage your merchandise. Cover any original
mailing address label or carrier bar-codes from the package. Drop off the package at a local Fed-Ex drop-off location. Please keep the tracking information for your reference. You will receive an email once your return has been
processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your
return to process the transaction.
